JUDGE ALBERT WHITE
Retired District Judge 236th District Court, Tarrant County
Expertise includes civil litigation, including complex legal issues. Judge White is among the most respected of retired judges. He is the one to call for a calm, common sense approach to settlement of complex issues.

JUDGE R.E. THORNTON
Retired Senior District Judge of 90th District Court
Judge Thornton was among the first lawyers in Texas to be Board Certified in Probate and Estate Planning by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He mediates cases concerning Probate, general Civil litigation, Tax, as well as Oil and Gas litigation. 30 Years experience as District Judge in Young County, a court of general jurisdiction. Judge Thornton is the one to call for resolution of Probate, Estate, Oil, Gas and Tax.

JUDGE JOHN SIEREN
Retired Associate Judge of the 233rd District Court of Tarrant County.
Judge Sieren handles family law. As a retired family law judge, he is able to listen to the needs of the parties and help them resolve pending divorces, child custody litigation, child support, and child visitation. His calm demeanor is a true asset in the mediation process.

PROFESSOR KAY ELKINS-ELLIOTT
In addition to teaching mediation at The Texas Wesleyan School of Law in Fort Worth, Professor Elliott enjoys a full time mediation practice. Listed in FORT WORTH MAGAZINE as one of the top mediators in Tarrant County, Kay is often called to mediate complex multi-party litigation. Trained at the Harvard Law School Program, she applies her expertise to cases involving employment disputes, malpractice, intellectual property, insurance claims, family law, and civil litigation. She has mediated thousands of cases, and trained thousands of mediators. Numerous publications and awards.

DALE O'NEAL
At his retirement from the practice of law, he was a Board Certified Specialist in Family law, and had been elected a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Lead attorney in over 7000 divorce trials in District Courts of Texas, and presiding mediator in over 2000 family law cases. Published author. Expertise includes complex divorces with significant assets, such as stock, stock options, retirement, family businesses, and investments. 20 years experience in complex family law cases.

BARBARA ANN ARMSTRONG
Engaged in the practice of Family Law Litigation & Mediation since 1997. Exclusive focus on divorce, custody, modifications, child support, conservatorship, access and possession, protective orders, spousal support, and property division. Related matters include pre-marital agreements, marital property exchange agreements, wills, directives to physicians and powers of attorney.
